Short Bio:
I graduated from Simmons University with an MSW in 2009 and have been working in outpatient setting since then. I believe happy, healthy relationships and active participation in life happens when people question and choose their thoughts, feel their feelings, discover safety and connection in the present, continue learning about their environment, take care of their bodies, and trust their power and/or a Higher Power to create a life that mirrors the Love that they are. I am also a mother and partner.

Therapy Style Description:
I focus on helping older teenagers and adults of all kinds. I work with individuals, couples, and families with adult children. Accelerated experiential dynamic psychotherapy (AEDP) inspires my approach. In addition to methods from AEDP, I incorporate into my work somatic approaches, skills and concepts from dialectical behavior therapy, Buddhist teachings, and concepts from life coaching, particularly Calling in “the One” coaching. I strive to “walk the talk” / “talk the walk”.
