Short Bio:
I have practiced individual therapy and group therapy over the past ten years. I am guided by my training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy from The Beck Institute, Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills from The Linehan Institute, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy from The Institute for Solution Focused Therapy. I have studied Eastern philosophies and mindfulness theory and have experience leading sessions in mindfulness practice.

Therapy Style Description:
With a degree in nursing, I help people connect the healing between their mental and physical health. I use a strengths-based approach and believe a person’s unique qualities, cultural beliefs and practices, and healthy coping abilities are highly valuable and foundational to the therapy.
