I was originally trained in Transactional Analysis & Gestalt Therapy. Over the years I have trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Family Systems, EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP).
Overall I have found that by offering a practical, sensitive and flexible approach clients can address personal issues.

Bio

I have been a practicing psychotherapist since 1980.
I have a Masters in Counseling psychology from Antioch New England Graduate School in Keene, NH. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor
My goal is to provide a safe, warm & supportive space where you can explore personal issues, overcome insecurities & find new ways of putting meaning back into your life.
