Bio:
I have been practicing in the counseling field since 2008 and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor by the State of Vermont. In addition to my private practice I have worked as a mental health consultant, a research evaluator, and as a clinician in a group practice.
I have a Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Union Institute and University.
My strength as a counselor lies in my ability to bring my authentic self to the therapeutic relationship.

My approach to therapy is an integrative one which means I use techniques from more than one therapeutic school of thought. I offer a safe and supportive environment so my clients can explore their thoughts and emotions. I strive to help clients help themselves by providing tools to affect change in their lives and to understand the meaning behind feelings and behaviors. As a professional, I am committed to helping my clients find resolution or solutions for their particular situations.
